Who you are

A solid understanding of Computer Hardware and Software
5+ years working in a fast-paced technical support role
Excellent working knowledge of MAC
Working knowledge of network/TCPIP communications. Ability to troubleshoot
Cloud Admin for GCP is a plus
Exposure to HR Software like Rippling is a plus
Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in both team environments and as an individual contributor

What the job involves

Installing new software programs and patching existing systems
Providing documentation of support-related issues and systems
Configure, deploy, and maintain MDM on Mac and mobile technology; computers to be serviced will be comprised of Mac and mobile devices
Monitor AntiVirus and MDM reports
Provide support over the phone or email, or in-person to all employees. Support requests must be carefully documented in the desktop ticketing system
Assist in the keeping of all assets maintained by IT
Provide weekly status reports in multiple formats and multiple mediums (Verbal, Written) at a high level
Speak concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand information and ideas as presented verbally

Sardine's technology traces intrinsic behaviour patterns to identify so-called "bad actors" online, and detects fraudsters using machine-learned fraud scores and user behavior biometrics.

The company calls itself the world's first FaaS (Fraud Detection as a Service), and its solutions are already drawing business from next-gen crypto and financial service institutions. Onboarding these institutions and scaling its customer base at pace will ensure that Sardine maintains its frontrunner position.
