• Driving the One Platform Reporting to the Director, Headbox for Venues, in this position, you will be responsible for selling our entire ecosystem of core product suites under the One Platform. You will empower venues by providing them access to our full technology stack.
• 1. Sales and Relationship Management: Manage the full sales process from qualified introduction to contract close. Present and tailor proposals to demonstrate ROI for each client’s business needs. Negotiate terms and pricing, ensuring commercial outcomes align with HeadBox objectives. Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive upsells, and long-term success
• 2. Collaboration and Teamwork: Partner closely with our Director, HeadBox for Venues to align on prospecting strategy, outreach priorities, MQL’s and conversion goals. Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share market insights to inform product development and the go-to-market strategy
• 3. Market Growth and Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to grow HeadBox’s footprint in the UK venue industry. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and client needs to position HeadBox as the preferred event technology partner
