What the job involves

Working with the Client Services Managers to launch client campaigns with excellence and at pace
Working directly with our design and development teams to feed campaign requirements and confirm that delivery is in line with customer requirements
Support our team in defining long term, revenue generating strategies
Spotting trends and opportunities for client success by digging into performance numbers in line with industry trends
Driving internal business performance metrics, such as client retention and commercial performance, demonstrating revenue growth and helping to expand the business
Becoming the expert in our products and future development, enabling you to provide training for new clients and provide feedback to the product development team on what our clients need from the product

Our take

As the web becomes more crowded, with lots of companies battling for your attention, there's an increase in marketing spend from companies to help capture it, and that in turn is leading to a rising tide for marketing technology startups building solutions to help.

Yieldify builds tools to increase conversions on sites and through email campaigns. Its customers include large and medium enterprises like CVS, French Connection and Domino’s.

The CEO describes what Yieldify does as a “big data play”: it has racked up around 5 billion customer interactions and uses that to help analyse behavior in real time. It leverages these insights to help companies optimise their marketing channels.

In 2023 Yieldify was acquired by Publicis Groupe, one of the world's largest communications groups. Its product will be integrated with the group's Epsilon product, though it will retain its independent name and organisation as the integration process unfolds.
