- Digital Content Creation
- Proven experience creating digital content across multiple formats with strong written communication skills and high attention to detail

What the job involves
- This role works in close partnership with the Partner Performance Operations & Systems Specialist role, combining engaging digital experiences and content creation with the operational systems, workflows, reporting, and infrastructure that support scalable Partner enablement
- As a Partner Performance Content Specialist at Utility Warehouse you will be responsible for:
- Creating Engaging Content & Digital Experiences
- Designing and developing practical, scalable content across multiple formats (e-learning, video, webinars, guides, toolkits, PDFs, onboarding resources, and interactive experiences) to drive confidence and activity across a network of 70,000+ Partners
- Content Management & Quality Assurance
- Owning the front-end positioning, user-testing, content organisation, and continuous improvement of digital content assets across Partner-facing platforms, aligning with the operational frameworks, publishing processes, and performance insights provided by the Operations & Systems Specialist
- Driving Partner Performance
- Building resources that help Partners improve real-world customer conversations, build momentum, and increase conversions, that sit within:
- The Partner Portal
- Yoodli - our AI-powered conversation coach
- AskMii - our AI chatbot
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Working closely with the Operations & Systems Specialist, stakeholders, trainers, and operational teams to translate complex business information into simple, actionable, and high-impact digital enablement experiences
- Event & Campaign Support
- Supporting live Partner experiences, performance-focused sessions, launches (current project: rebrand), and major network events throughout the year (including occasional evening or weekend travel)
