Who you are

BA/BS degree and 5+ years of sales experience focused on renewal or growing existing business
Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based
Strong understanding of the products or services offered and the ability to articulate their value to clients
Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
Strong time management skills
Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
Working knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce.com
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time

What the job involves

As a member of the Customer Success team, this role will be responsible for the renewal and expansion for existing Tenable customers in our mid-size Commercial segment
Responsible for renewing and expanding revenue within given client base
Proactively address any concerns or challenges to secure long-term customer relationships
Responsible for forecasting and achieving Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
Manage a book of mid-sized clients in our Commercial or Enterprise segmentation
Responsible for onboarding clients, assisting with client adoption, maintaining client satisfaction through consistent value added communications and meetings
Collaborate with internal teams such as Territory Managers and Sales Engineers to maintain client health and drive expansion opportunities
Advocate for the customer within the organization, ensuring their feedback is heard and acted upon Identify expansion opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
