Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of prior experience in Customer Success in the cloud service, devops, or security and compliance, ideally with a technology consulting background and experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, ECS and similar container orchestration technologies, Terraform and similar IaC technologies
- Expertise in onboarding clients with engineering and security ops solutions, ensuring effective and compliant implementations
- Proficient in customer management tools, project management tools and CRM software
- Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communications skills
- Detailed oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong project management experience & skills
- Familiarity working with engineering teams
What the job involves
- DuploCloud is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee and drive multiple onboarding projects, ensuring that customers successfully adopt our solutions. The CSM will build trust with customers throughout the onboarding journey and ensure their long-term success with our product.
- A strong technical background in DuploCloud’s offerings, cloud technologies, and infrastructure is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will excel at project management, multitasking, and driving process improvements, all while enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering continued product adoption
- Collecting customer’s desired outcomes and expected deliverables at the start of a new customer engagement and ensure we reference back to these at every point of the customer journey
- Driving customer onboarding from kick off through the full implementation
- Owning the development and management of the project plan, timeline and resources, implementing customer’s first use cases into production
- Owning the internal cross functional collaboration to ensure a smooth implementation for customers
- Establishing regular touch points with assigned customers, creating and maintaining a customer success plan, tracking success initiatives
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the platform, cloud provisioning and management, industry best practices, and common use cases

The company is clearly on to something, as it boasts an annual recurring revenue that grew 700% between 2021 and 2023. It has also successfully raised $32 million in Series B funding, which exemplifies the demand for its market gap-bridging product.
