What the job involves
- Run talent acquisition like it's a business
- Co-develop and implement with VP and your peers in the People team our annual talent plans that support company growth
- Engage in workforce planning from a talent acquisition perspective, coaching leaders and planners on market hotspots and nuances to steady hiring
- Effectively plan and forecast recruiting forecasts to annual workforce plans, smoothing out requests so that there is a steady hiring flow throughout the year
- Advise the most senior leaders on hiring strategies, based on your team's capacity, and other resources to deliver annual hiring goals
- Run a multi-channel recruiting program that allows for standardized hiring and curated self-service
- Collaborate with ERG leads and the Director of Employee Engagement to make DEIB systemic in our hiring and onboarding process
- Find opportunities for improvement and efficiency across the candidate journey that will directly help scale business growth

CircleCI specifically helps automate all the steps that occur between the time developers make changes to the code and when the application gets in front of the customer. Services in the sector have grown constricted and cost-heavy, but in 2022, CircleCI debuted a free tier service for engineering teams in a move away from this.
