Who you are
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field preferred
- 15+ years of total experience, 7+ years within enterprise data and analytics domains
- Significant expertise in building and executing highly matrixed enterprise data strategies and programs

What the job involves
- Work closely with business partners to identify data needs and prioritize data products that align with business goals and objectives
- Plan, design, build, deploy and maintain reusable data products across a wide variety of data domains, including but not limited to: customer data, product data, financial data, and operational data
- Define data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data products
- Establish clear data governance policies and procedures to maintain data privacy, security, and compliance
- Manage a team of data product managers and provide guidance and leadership in the development and execution of data product initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and industry experts
- Lead the development of data product roadmaps, resource planning, and budget management
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in data product management
- Train business data owners on product management concepts and core principles to drive data product reuse and promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Work with business data owners to identify opportunities to build and reuse data products that deliver value to the organization
- Develop and maintain a library of data products that can be easily accessed and reused by the organization
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure that data products are designed and built with scalability, reliability, and performance in mind
- Monitor data product usage and adoption, and provide guidance on how to optimize and improve data products based on feedback and usage metrics
- Assist and actively participate in Data Mesh platform strategy, design, planning and rollout in conjunction with the Data Product plan
