Sales Account Representative, OpenZeppelin

• 2+ years of experience as a Account Manager/Sales or Business Development
• Highly motivated and goal driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, proactive and open to feedback
• Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Passion and/or experience with blockchain technology, open-source, cybersecurity or similar highly technical industry

• Respond to incoming inbound and outbound sales leads
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Work with the audit and solutions teams to estimate the timeline and pricing for solutions delivery
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Structure and elaborate proposals for new clients, taking into account our strengths and what the clients are looking for
• Understand changes to our service agreements and interact with our legal and finance team to get changes implemented. Work with your team to discuss, plan and implement process improvements
• Pitch SaaS products to existing clients using our audit services and vice versa
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on publishing audit reports and case studies of client solutions
