Who you are

Minimum 3-year experience of selling high-value event sponsorship and content-driven digital solutions
You have a deep understanding and proven track record of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers
Comfortable owning and closing large deals ($100K+)
Challenging targets don't scare you, and you'll have a demonstrable track record of not just meeting them - but exceeding them
Confident, articulate, and consultative in your approach to building value
Entrepreneurial ambition and highly driven, looking to take the next step in your sales career
Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, to incorporate new products, changes, or to bounce back from subpar results
You are naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision
A skilled user of lead generation and qualification tools
Aptitude for technology (previous experience using salesforce & outreach is a bonus)

What the job involves

To take ownership of our $2m+, and growing Sales Enablement Collective community portfolio
Sell into net new and existing accounts with solutions spanning event sponsorship & exhibition (virtual and in-person), content-led digital advertising, and demand gen solutions (whitepapers, webinars, research)
Own your pipeline, from qualifying leads and developing sales opportunities, to winning deals
Identify new commercial opportunities and put strategies in place to make those ideas a reality
Establish yourself as a core member of the revenue engine and collaborate with broader sales, marketing, and event teams
