What the job involves

Prospect and Generate Leads: Use a combination of outbound tactics such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other tools to identify and connect with potential biotech customers
Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, qualify their level of interest, and determine if they align with our ideal customer profile
Schedule Meetings: Coordinate and book discovery calls between qualified prospects and our solutions consultants
Maintain CRM: Accurately log all interactions, lead status, and activity in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with solutions consultants and the broader sales team to optimise lead qualification and handoff processes
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for scheduled calls and qualified opportunities
