Who you are

You have 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, covering both top-of-funnel and closing new business
You have specific domain knowledge in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and/or developer tools
You’ve previously worked at a fast-paced early-to-mid-stage startup
You’re creative, enthusiastic, you take ownership of your work, and you’re comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy

What the job involves

As a member of our rapidly growing team, you'll play a role in shaping the future of AI engineering
In this role, you'll take ownership of a large part of our GTM motion, across the sales cycle
You’ll assist with product discovery calls, including customer need-finding
You’ll iterate and improve on our pitch and customer messaging, while developing and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
You’ll manage customer outreach, including building up the sales pipeline
You’ll conduct demos and maintain relationships with our partners
You may also advise on content creation and marketing/growth strategies that support our sales process
Working directly alongside our CEO and PM, you’ll learn an unparalleled amount about startup go-to-market and grow with the company

Slingshot is taking Large Language Models in a new direction, using its machine-learning tools to train generative AI in deep psychology. The aim is to build machine learning models that can perform modern therapy through Ash, set to be the first AI counsellor, driving down the cost of mental healthcare.

Slingshot is attempting to democratize access to mental health care through the increasingly complex capabilities of ML. What started for Slingshot as a general exploration of machine learning has developed into a potentially significant and singular product. Slingshot has won investor confidence, evidenced by its $40 million Series A funding round in 2022.
