5+ years experience supporting multiple VPs

Experience with expense reporting and PO management
Knowledge of scheduling- meetings, travel, events (virtual and in-person)

What the job involves

The Executive Assistant reports to a VP or VPs
Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Manages complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
Coordinates special projects as needed
Organizes complex domestic and international travel
Sets appointments and prioritizes to resolve issues with calendar and schedule
Organize meetings, develop agendas and meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as needed
Plans and organizes business unit special events communications
Collaborate, internally and externally, to prioritize meetings, projects and events
Create travel itineraries as needed
Manages departmental budgets and proposes ways to minimize/reduce costs
Prepares expense reports and reviews direct reports expenses, ensuring all expenses are accurate and within policy guidelines
