Role
Who you are
- Fluency in German and English is required to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders in both countries. Proficiency in Dutch would be considered advantageous
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including using professional networks and applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM)
- Ability to develop an understanding of our internal and external partners to effectively manage expectations and requirements
- High level of accountability to stay committed to achieving goals and managing workload in a dynamic environment
- A collaborative mindset focused on helping one another succeed within the Global TA team
- Experience in a recruitment or coordination function, preferably within a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- Joining our Global Talent Acquisition team within the HR department, the Talent Acquisition Associate will play a pivotal role in growing our presence across Germany and other European markets
- Based in London, this role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions, with a strong emphasis on our Sales function
- We rely on teamwork to deliver exceptional results, and you will be deeply committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- You will lead by example in promoting our customer-centric approach, ensuring we attract top talent to help deliver our vision of empowering everyday convenience
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Europe, with a primary focus on hiring in Germany, from initial approval through to the offer stage
- Proactively source, assess, and engage high-calibre candidates using our CRM system, LinkedIn, and various job boards
- Aim high by continuously identifying and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best market talent
- Drive strong stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers across both countries to understand and define requirements
- Ensure data integrity and driving excellence in recruitment pipeline management within the ATS/CRM
- Focus on delivering an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience that reflects our company values
