Role
Who you are
- 8+ years in Platform Partnerships or Ecosystem roles, ideally within cloud infrastructure or cloud services companies. Direct experience with the AI/ML ecosystem is a strong plus
- Proven track record of driving GTM impact and delivering measurable growth through platform or ecosystem partnerships
- Experience working with or at hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud). Bonus points for experience with GPU/AI cloud offering
- Proficient in leading sell-with and sell-through partnerships and turning them into scalable, repeatable revenue streams. Proven ability to build joint offerings and GTM plans aligned to specific use cases and industry needs
- Strategic and hands-on: Thrives in high-growth environments and is comfortable building from scratch and executing independently in a fast-scaling company that still operates with a startup mindset
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills. Able to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, marketing, legal, and delivery

What the job involves
- Crusoe is seeking an SI & Channel Partnerships lead to build the program from the ground up, prove revenue impact, and then scale the team
- You will identify and recruit System Integrators (SIs), Consulting firms, and Channel partners, stand up co‑sell motions, and develop industry‑specific solutions (e.g., Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail) that combine Crusoe’s platform with partner services and delivery capabilities
- This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role that starts hands-on and evolves into program and team leadership once partner-sourced revenue is demonstrated
- Grow and activate the ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and enable SIs, consultancies, solution providers, and channel partners aligned to our ICP
- Develop vertical offerings: Collaborate with partners to package joint solutions and services tailored to priority industries and use cases
- Drive revenue through sell‑with / sell‑through: Lead account mapping, opportunity sharing, and co‑selling; execute joint GTM and enable partner‑sourced pipeline
- Launch and scale programs: Build repeatable enablement, playbooks, and GTM campaigns
- Own relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact at strategic and operational levels, aligning executives and field teams
- Be the partner voice: Advocate internally across Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success
- Track and report: Maintain accurate reporting on partner‑sourced/influenced revenue, pipeline growth, and partner performance
Our take
Crusoe is tackling one of the biggest challenges facing the digital age: the enormous energy demand of data centres and AI infrastructure. As AI models grow more powerful, they require immense computing power (and therefor electricity) to train and operate. This surge in energy use has put some pressure on power grids, driven up costs, and raised environmental concerns. Crusoe is on a mission to make this process more sustainable by finding smarter, cleaner, and more efficient ways to power the data centres that drive modern computing.
The company started out by putting wasted energy to work. Originally known as Crusoe Energy, it captured natural gas that would otherwise be burned off ("flared") at remote oil sites and used it to power modular data centres. Today, Crusoe has evolved into a major player in AI infrastructure, designing and operating large-scale data centres near renewable or stranded energy sources. It's now one of a handful of "neocloud" companies (next-generation cloud providers focused on flexible, efficient computing for AI workloads). And its facilities are helping tech giants like OpenAI handle the massive computing requirements of training advanced AI models.
Recently, Crusoe has attracted some huge investor attention, tripling its valuation to over $10B and raising $1.4B in its latest funding round. It's building OpenAI's first major US data centre campus and even experimenting with bold new frontiers. In partnership with Starcloud, Crusoe plans to deploy the world's first space-based cloud computing infrastructure, powered by solar energy and orbiting the Earth by 2027. If successful, this could redefine how and where computing happens, opening up a cleaner, virtually limitless source of energy for AI's next generation.
