Who you are
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Product Designer to join our dynamic Growth team
- If you're passionate about using design to directly impact business metrics, love running experiments, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on web and mobile interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation principles
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) to understand user behavior
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively collaborate with engineers
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups quickly
Desirable
- Experience specifically within a Growth team or experimentation-focused role
- Knowledge of behavioral psychology principles as they relate to design
- Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer subscription-based products
- Basic copywriting skills for crafting effective calls-to-action and UI text
What the job involves
- You'll be at the forefront of our optimization efforts, designing experiences that drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth, Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for optimization across the user journey
- Design user interfaces, prototypes, and user flows for A/B tests and multivariate experiments aimed at improving key conversion funnels
- Rapidly iterate on designs based on data, user feedback, and testing results
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior through analytics, user research, and usability testing
- Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into testable design hypotheses
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for various platforms (web, mobile)
- Ensure design consistency and coherence across experiments while adhering to brand guidelines
- Contribute to the team's experimentation strategy and roadmap
- Clearly articulate design decisions and experiment rationale to stakeholders

Our take
The experience of buying assets for creative work is a major pain point - it can take an extremely long time to find just what you need for a project, and then licensing and pricing can be difficult to navigate. Creative Fabrica was founded in 2016 to make things simpler, with an easy-to-navigate user interface and vastly simplified subscription plans with commercial licensing included. Originally offering just fonts, it has swiftly grown into a marketplace listing all kinds of creative assets built by its community of over 4 million users.
Creative Fabrica is not alone in bidding for a slice of the £85 billion creator economy, and faces competiton from other asset stores such as Etsy, Adobe and Envato. However its competitors focus mostly on creatives purchasing assets for professional use, while Creative Fabrica also serves the large hobbyist market. It is also unique in providing generative AI tools, allowing its users to create images from prompts and offer them for sale in the market.
Creative Fabrica completed a funding round led by Alven in 2023. This will be invested in expanding the company's network of designers, further developing its generative AI tools and hiring senior talent. In the shorter term, it is looking to grow its market presence internationally and become the predominant online ecosystem for creatives and creators.
