What the job involves

We have a great opportunity for an Operations Support Administrator working with client facing operational teams, to facilitate the onboarding of new vendors and ongoing maintenance of vendors
The role of Operations Support Administrator is to work closely with client facing operational teams, to facilitate the onboarding of new vendors and ongoing maintenance of vendors
The role will also provide administration for the Technical Teams to support their engagement reviews with vendors
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Ensure insurance documents are received, reviewing documentation to maintain compliance
Monitor emails to the supply chain inbox. Respond to queries, issues and requesting information
Respond to all calls / voicemails allocate them to the relevant teams
Respond and resolve to rate card administration
Support the administration for invoice chases from the cert admin team
Support with the portal retraining for existing SCP’s
Raising IT issues for the existing SCP’s
Ensure that systems are updated and maintained
Support with reviewing and approving the discipline matrix
Support the operations specialist and the senior technical specialist with administration
Support with administration of manual tiering
