What the job involves
- The Business & Market Insights team is seeking a Manager to drive operational excellence and governance across our product portfolio
- Own and manage the centralized product roadmap and catalog, ensuring data hygiene and alignment across teams
- Lead the coordination and delivery of key corporate commitments, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), town halls, and executive communications
- Govern and optimize product council and studio processes, ensuring adherence to frameworks and decision-making protocols
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain dashboards that track product health, availability, and performance
- Maintain consistent and accessible product documentation to support transparency and institutional knowledge
- Support internal communications and engagement strategies that promote alignment and visibility across product teams
- Champion operational best practices and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
