What the job involves
- The Acquisition team at VEED is responsible for getting more users creating videos. We do this by working closely with our marketing team, utilizing a wide variety of acquisition channels such as cutting-edge apps like Text-To-Video, new landing pages, and a referrals programme
- Working on new acquisition channels for VEED, like our Text-To-Video app combining LLMs with VEED's video editing capabilities
- Implementing improvements and running experiments to increase key metrics on our landing pages and in our web apps
- Implementation of clean, modern UI designs for marketing landing pages in Next.js

Video is the fastest-growing form of content on the internet, with 78% of people watching online videos every week, and 55% every day. Editing video, however, remains a pain point for creators and marketers alike – who have to rely on bloated legacy platforms, the same tools used for feature films.
VEED is an online tool that aims to make video editing as simple as possible. With a user interface stripped down to the bare essentials, VEED allows creators and marketers to edit videos, add subtitles and credits, and share and distribute the end product. By specifically focusing on the needs of a social media-first audience, the founding team have created a product that integrates seamlessly with key platforms and can be used without training.
The platform has grown significantly since its launch in 2018, and now boasts hundreds of thousands of monthly active users, and month-to-month growth. The founders have ambitious growth plans for the coming decade as they build out their team and grow their user base to become the online video editing platform of choice.
