Role
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations team
- You have managed the operational side of the customer lifecycle in a cross-functional capacity and love to share your learnings as you build new processes and test out new approaches
- You are a CRM champion and have a technical understanding of Hubspot (you’ve had admin permissions in past) and you are comfortable taking ownership of a CRM to optimise integrations and their use across sales and marketing teams - our current stack includes Outreach, Apollo, Vitally, Jiminny and Sales Navigator
- You’re analytical .You’re comfortable using data to drive key sales and marketing decisions, whether that’s optimising our go-to-market processes, identifying opportunities for automation or exploring where our efforts are delivering results. You drive impact through clear processes, training and insights, all underpinned by data
- You’re a strong communicator, who is comfortable collaborating with all levels of the organisation, challenging and enabling teams to operate effectively and can drive accountability through data and process
What the job involves
- You will join our Operations Team who focus on both revenue and strategic operations within the UK business and will collaborate closely with our international teams in France and the US
- You’ll be responsible for owning our CRM database and enriching it through both marketing and product intent signals as well as third party data
- You’ll enable our sales and marketing teams to achieve their goals, via both collaboration in the CRM and team-specific initiatives (i.e. campaign automation, deal management or contact enrichment)
- You’ll help to procure, manage, negotiate and renew our tech stack for both the UK and US teams, ensuring that system infrastructure and set-up is optimised for team performance
- You’ll be responsible for monitoring our CRM health and proactively building processes or working with other teams to ensure data is accurate and complete
- You will leverage data and AI to analyse the current sales and marketing processes, improve workflows and identify bottlenecks in the customer journey, surfacing these proactively to leaders across the business
- You’ll review sales data, calls, materials to spot opportunities for improvement and consistency and identify training needs
- You’ll develop and maintain sales enablement materials (i.e. playbooks, pitch decks, exec summaries), ensuring that the team are able to utilise them effectively
