Who you are

1/2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS onboarding (fitness tech a bonus)
Track record of driving adoption, retention, or expansion in SaaS or tech
Strong communication and consultative skills -able to build partnerships, not just manage accounts
Strategic thinker with the ability to get hands on and execute
Excitement for working in a fast paced, scale up environment where you’ll have autonomy and impact

What the job involves

Own relationships with our high value coach accounts and new sales handovers
Deliver proactive onboarding, account optimisation sessions, and growth webinars
Monitor adoption and account health, acting early to prevent churn
Partner with sales/marketing to identify and deliver upsell and expansion opportunities
Share coach insights across product, ops, and marketing to shape FITR’s roadmap
Jump into tickets and support where needed - we’re lean, collaborative, and all hands on deck
Be a foundational hire in a scaling team - you’ll shape how FITR does success from the ground up
Join a high growth, VC-backed SaaS company making real impact in fitness and coaching
Be able to say: “I helped define customer success at FITR during its growth years.”
