Who you are
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment (or related roles), with a demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Confidence in leading client conversations, managing renewal cycles, and identifying upsell opportunities, with strong communication skills and a genuine customer-centric mindset

What the job involves
- Team Name & Location: You will join the Client Department as a Customer Success Manager – Commercial/Midmarket, based in our Paris office and reporting to the Team Lead CSM Commercial
- Team Composition: You will be part of a France-based Customer Success team, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support, and directly with our commercial and midmarket clients
- Role Overview: As a CSM Commercial/Midmarket in France, you will own a portfolio of commercial and midmarket accounts and help clients unlock the full value of our platform, driving adoption, retention, and expansion revenue
- Tech Stack & Tools: You will work daily with the VWO/AB Tasty platform and our Customer Success tooling ecosystem (CRM, customer health, and collaboration tools) to manage your portfolio and deliver an outstanding client experience
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and midmarket accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to maximize the value clients get from the VWO/AB Tasty platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across your portfolio, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities while proactively managing churn risks
- Drive key performance metrics including NRR, renewal rates, and customer health scores, ensuring consistent achievement of targets across your accounts
- Lead business reviews, onboarding journeys, and platform demos tailored to each client's business objectives and use cases
- Liaise with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align on client priorities, resolve challenges efficiently, and unlock new opportunities within your accounts
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, contributing to Customer Success playbooks and best practices to help scale excellence across the broader CS organization
