Associate Member of Technical Staff, Salesforce

• 0-2 years of professional experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, or related technical role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Solid programming skills in one or more languages (ex: Python, NodeJs, Java)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Git, Jenkins,Github Actions, or similar)
• Foundational knowledge of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and command line tools
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker basics)
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with database concepts and SQL

• Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshooting, and incident response under guidance of senior engineers
• Support monitoring, alerting, and observability systems for development and production environments
• Participate in Agile development practices including standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning
• Engage with internal engineering teams to understand their needs and provide basic support
