Who you are

- Offers a consultative selling style, built on trust, and puts the customer at the centre of what you do
- Current experience working in a B2B new business role is advantageous
What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative, you will support our mission to build trust online and play an integral part in the growth engine of Trustpilot within the Benelux markets
- You will identify and reach out to new customers to show the value the Trustpilot platform offers and how they can use this to build trust, grow, and improve
- You’ll develop your skills in value-selling, creative outreach methods, and managing the early sales funnel
- With the support of your manager, peers, and the Account Executive team around you - many of whom will have walked the shoes of an SDR before - you can hone your skills as a sales professional with a clear development path ahead
- Research prospects and identify key stakeholders to generate interest and develop rapport
- Proactively identifying clients that may benefit from using Trustpilot using a range of outreach methods including cold calling and emailing
- Honing a consultative selling style, built on trust, to pass engaged leads on to the Account Executives
- Building relationships with prospects across multiple sectors and identifying new opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Effectively keep on top of your sales pipeline and update all activity on Salesforce.com
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including leads generated and qualified appointments set
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role with individual targets
