Brand Partnerships Associate Manager, iSpot

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of media agency, digital marketing, advertising, or related experience preferred Knowledge of media advertising principals preferred but not required

Desirable

• You will work with a dedicated team on assigned client accounts on day-to-day maintenance and support
• Partner with the account team to professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Exhibit ability to manage high volume of incoming requests, communicate and prioritze independently as well as with the broader team to resolve conflicting priorities
• Manage requests for creative pre-ingestion, tracking set up/taxonomy, data questions etc. with the Customer Support team, follow up and escalate to manager as needed
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables
• Proactively reach out to the account team to offer support when bandwidth allows
• Utilize appropriate resource materials to interpret, respond to and resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively and accurately
• Support data compilation and analysis for Client Presentations and collaborate with the Account Manager on data-driven story telling
• Demonstrate critical thinking and time management ability in a fast paced environment
• Exhibit passion, curiosity and energy in supporting your internal Account Managers and the clients in making their iSpot experience positive and memorable
• Demonstrate interest in advancing your career to owning your own portfolio of accounts in the future
