• Proven experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or a similar role, preferably in a BaaS, SaaS or software company
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with software applications and APIs
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• You will work closely with our sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new clients.
• Your technical expertise and strong communication skills will be essential in guiding clients through the implementation process, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Lead the technical implementation and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives, and provide technical expertise to align our product with their needs
• Coordinate with the customer success team to develop implementation plans and timelines, ensuring that client expectations are managed effectively
• Configure, customize, and integrate our software solutions according to client specifications, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge
• Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for clients to educate them on the features, functionality, and best practices of our products
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients during the onboarding phase, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that arise
