Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing online presence to achieve business goals
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business results
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficient in marketing automation tools, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM systems

What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Digital Marketing to lead Guild’s B2B and B2C digital marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads
- Oversee digital marketing channels (SEM, email marketing, paid social, content syndication, etc.) ensuring they align with overall business objectives
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing tactics
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring all activities are within budget and deliver maximum ROI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
