Role
Who you are
- Experienced Customer Support Agent who possesses 2+ years experience
- Expert knowledge of onboarding and support, tools and strategies; Zendesk experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with an inquisitive mindset
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders via written and verbal channels
- Organised and able to prioritise and pivot as required
- You possess a genuine interest in improving the customer experience whilst maintaining an awareness of financial crime and regulatory requirements
What the job involves
- We need a full time support agent to help us onboard new customers and respond and review customer queries
- This role will require weekend work on a rotational basis, with you working either a Saturday or Sunday every week. You will have a day of in the week
- Performing reviews of customer applications, checking ID&V and approving or escalating to the relevant teams as required
- Contacting / responding to existing customers about their support questions
- Reviewing the provided information and able to make a judgement on the authenticity of application documentation provided and or enhanced due diligence (EDD) answers
- Understanding / awareness of complaints, disputes and chargeback processes
- Working with Support and Compliance to develop our onboarding process
