Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who is open to a hybrid work schedule and is available to come into our San Francisco office
- The ideal candidate for this role is a creative, resourceful, self-starter who is excited to take ownership of the full-funnel demand lifecycle and the Craft brand
- We are looking for a passionate, out of the box, and metrics-driven operator who will push the boundaries to create effective integrated campaigns, events and lead gen activities
- The ideal candidate has experience leveraging modern marketing tech including AI to differentiate Craft, grow brand awareness and drive demand
- 10+ years experience in B2B enterprise software growth marketing, field and programs
- Experience strategizing, building and measuring integrated demand generation campaigns, organizing and executing best in class field marketing activities and events
- Experience creating campaign content and amplifying it across all channels
- Experience building and targeting buyer/user personas
- Experience with SEO/SEM and early experience in GEM
- Experience with sales & marketing tools - Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics and Adwords, Apollo, AI/LLMs , etc

What the job involves
- Craft is seeking a talented marketer to lead our end-to-end Brand and Demand function
- This person will collaborate closely with sales, sales operations, product marketing and marketing communications
- You will play a critical role in developing, evangelizing and executing cutting edge marketing methodologies and campaigns

- Define marketing channel objectives, KPIs, and goals
- Develop, deploy and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across channels (paid media, content syndication, SEO, GEO, email, webinars, events)
- Create integrated ABM demand gen campaigns and field/events strategy across segments, regions and personas
- Own lead generation KPIs and continuously optimize for volume, quality, and cost
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless lead hand-off and accurate attribution
- Build and test messaging, content, and targeting strategies for different personas
- Oversee automated marketing and lead nurturing programs
- Analyze funnel performance and communicate results to stakeholders with clarity
- Maintain and expand the marketing technology stack & operational systems, including account/lead scoring and triage, maintenance of prospect/customer data, and delivery of marketing performance reports

Maintaining a seamless supply chain is essential to the success of most businesses, with procurement teams being responsible for sourcing new suppliers, analyzing inventory data, and generating forecasts. However, analyzing such data requires the repetitive and specialist work of data engineers for both parties, making the sourcing process time-consuming.
Craft.co provides a procurement and supply chain analytics platform, integrating with other supply chain platforms to track inventories and produce forecasts. The platform allows users to save and organize thousands of suppliers in a portfolio, and source new suppliers in minutes based on over 450 data points, leveraging automatic insights to assess for risk and ensure requirements are met.
The main challenge Craft.co will face is the range of AI-driven supply chain analytics platforms appearing on the market, but the company uniquely combines such technology with a real-time analytics-driven procurement marketplace. Furthermore, Craft.co's 2023 round of funding will help it to rocket-boost its new focus on analytic, cloud-based collaboration, and management workflow capabilities.
