Seller Marketing Manager, TCGplayer

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing and/or Business
• 5+ years of experience in marketing (B2B, eCommerce and/or SaaS experience preferred)
• A strong understanding of small businesses and B2B marketing
• A passion for marketing, sales, and community engagement
• Comfort with an evolving structure that encourages learning and growth
• You have hands-on experience and proven track record of managing all aspects of email campaigns from creation to delivery with knowledge of email service providers and best practices
• The ability to be strategic and tactical by generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, as well as implementing and optimizing campaigns
• You have experience with technical integrations and working with product and development teams to build effective and efficient email campaigns
• Very strong ability to influence people at all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present and communicate information in a clear and professional manner to diverse groups and target audiences
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing work environment. Can remain productive with minimal supervision
• Proactive, solution-oriented team player with analytical and problem-solving skills

• Build and execute sales enablement activities via email, social media, landing pages, and in-person events to acquire and move leads down the funnel for sales teams to convert into customers
• Develop and execute an effective lead generation plan and nurture campaigns
• Lead strategy development and execute multi-channel tactics to promote acquisition, engagement, and retention across email marketing, mobile communication, and on-channel messaging & advertising
• Translate technical details into benefits for the user
• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching) and work with the Marketing, BI, Partnerships, Product, Customer Support, and Sales and Account Management teams to implement strategies
• Collaborate with our Content Editor to craft compelling messages across marketing channels including product landing pages and ad campaigns
• Build our brick and mortar seller segmentation based on ideal customer profiles to be used for content development, lead generation, and nurture campaigns
• Test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy
• Launch lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome/onboarding programs, re-engagement programs, reacquisition programs)
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, to the correct audience with the best possible consumer journey
• Document business cases for the development of features and functionality that support acquisitions and engagement programs
• Solicit and provide feedback from sellers to facilitate new features and functionality on the TCGplayer platform
• Contribute to developing new processes to improve current workflows and drive strategic business and customer growth
• Track, analyze, and communicate seller activity, program growth, and marketplace inventory growth. Track performance KPIs via weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
• Perform market research and analyze market opportunities
• Work well in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deliverables
• Support planning and execution of industry events
