Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
3+ years of engineering experience in an aerospace engineering discipline
2+ years of experience in systems engineering and operations with a strong understanding of systems engineering principles

Desirable

General knowledge of spacecraft subsystems
Ability to lead a team of engineering professionals in solving challenging problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and good presentations skills
Experience at early stage space startups

What the job involves

Develop, track, and establish processes for the management of spacecraft
Manage and coordinate design reviews throughout its development lifecycle
Create and update comprehensive engineering documentation for various spacecraft vehicles. Provide support to facilitate completion of projects and architectural designs
Foster effective communication and collaboration between engineering and business teams, ensuring alignment of project goals and objectives
Develop appropriate risk mitigation plans to retire risks
