Who you are

Ability to describe problems concisely and clearly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What the job involves

Daily monitoring and management of incoming bugs reported by users and the rest of the team
Investigation and reproduction of bugs and problems. Logging and tracking bug reports in JIRA
Manual testing of bug fixes and improvements to the CENTURY platform across multiple different browsers and mobile platforms
Direct communication and liaison with various members of the team (both technical and non-technical) to investigate issues and give status updates
Investigation of test failures
