Insights Developer, 1Password

• You have 3+ years of experience building resilient and reliable software within a full stack capacity. You’re able to actively contribute to technical discussions, own specific problems spaces you are working within and actively advocate for continued excellence in the work you do
• You’re a strong team player, but can also work autonomously. You exhibit strong judgment in being able to balance both depending on the current challenges
• You have excellent communication skills, and an ability to describe projects that you or the team is working on with confidence and depth of understanding of the topic at hand
• You’re comfortable working with a team of diverse stakeholders, including Product and Design to develop quality features that are well designed, scalable, and provide value to our Enterprise clients
• You have experience working on products with millions of users distributed globally

Desirable

• Our team is responsible for the development of features that help our users gain insights into their security best practices and 1Password usage
• We surface relevant data to inform & solve security challenges, enabling broader organizational adoption of our security offerings
• Write well tested & well documented code
• Work with the Engineering team along with cross functional stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver the best possible solutions
