At least 3 years of relevant experience

What the job involves

You will report to the Development Manager and partner with data specialists to help form the data strategy for the playtesting team
You will collaborate with designers/development partners to identify data points to track and understand why this data is important and how it should help inform design decisions
You will analyze data using statistical modeling, predictive modeling, and other data analysis techniques
You will communicate results to designers, product managers, analysts, and others throughout the organization
You will implement and share new methodologies
Help develop a small group of playtesters
