Role
Who you are
- Financial reporting, modeling, and planning
- Advanced level competency in Microsoft Excel (including V-lookups, SUMIFs, and pivot tables)
- Ability to manipulate large data sets
- Knowledge of practical applications in NetSuite
- Must possess excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and derive critical insights independently, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
What the job involves
- Partnering with functional leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and quarterly board reporting
- Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in forecasts compared to budgets
- Monthly budget vs. actual reviews with business leaders to provide visibility into organizational performance
- Expertise in headcount planning and management
- Partner with functional leaders to develop and maintain KPI reporting
- Ad hoc reporting as required
- Pull reports and analyze data using NetSuite and Salesforce
