Sales Executive, BizAway

• You have a native level of Dutch + a good level of English (both written and spoken) + knowledge of French and Flemish is a plus
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performer SDR

• We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team
• FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year
• Research and prospect for new clients in the Benelux region
• Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
• Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.)
• Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
• Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract
• Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary
• Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
• Work with the SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
• Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
• Deliver small-scale implementations, ensuring accounts meet readiness standards and activation criteria
