• We’re looking for a skilled and dynamic People Ops Communications Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis
• In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping how we communicate and engage with employees during a period of transition and growth
• As the People Ops Communications Specialist, you’ll work closely with the People team to craft and deliver internal communications that resonate with our diverse workforce
• This includes everything from designing communication plans for key initiatives to creating content that informs, inspires, and connects our employees
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with Postman’s culture and values
• With a focus on clarity and impact, you’ll help foster a sense of belonging and transparency within the organization during this pivotal time
• Develop and execute communication strategies for People Ops initiatives, including change management, policy updates, and employee engagement programs
• Craft clear, concise, and engaging messaging tailored to various internal audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels
• Design and manage communication timelines to deliver key updates in a timely and impactful manner
