Who you are

We are looking for a customer success manager with a customer-centric mindset, keen to learn in an early-stage startup environment, and able to manage complex projects involving various AI practitioners (engineers, researchers, product manager, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Customer Success or Consulting roles
Demonstrated project management skills within large organizations and handling various technical stakeholders
Experience managing AI projects, ideally involving Large Language Models
Outstanding communication skills in both English and French, in written and verbal form
Bonus: experience in early-stage startups (<50 employees)
Bonus: proficiency in German
Structured and organized, ensuring smooth execution of projects with clear priorities and timelines
Thrives in collaboration, strong facilitator, able to bring multiple perspectives together
Driven by customer needs & outstanding user experience

What the job involves

Working directly with Giskard's , your missions will be to:
Help customers use our successfully to make their LLM Agents more secure & reliable
Coordinate with key decision-makers among our customers, from initial product evaluation and onboarding, to continuous usage and renewals
Act as the bridge between our customers and Giskard's Product and R&D team
Support Giskard's sales & marketing team with customer stories and hands-on product knowledge

Our take

Giskard was created when its founders saw difficulties with AI projects because of misunderstandings from business stakeholders, and a lack of robustness of the AI workflow. To address this, the company makes it easier to monitor AI models and get actionable alerts.

This includes solving problems around monitoring, such as “dashboard fatigue” where people pay less attention to monitoring after it has been deployed for a while. Giskard has a wide user base, including mature organizations who set up rolling on-call schedules for their engineers and invest in debugging tools to solve issues faster.

The company has secured major clients such as L'Oreal, Webedia and Continuity. Giskard has raised considerable funding that will aid the commercialisation of its offering, sustained hiring efforts, and the investigation of new fields including computer vision, time series, and generative AI.
