Director of Enterprise Applications, Alteryx

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Digital Transformation roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Deep expertise supporting Marketing organizations and marketing technology ecosystems
• Experience leading implementations and optimization efforts involving platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable technologies
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, lead management, campaign execution, customer journeys, and marketing analytics
• Experience managing enterprise integrations, data architecture, and cross-functional business processes
• Proven track record delivering strategic programs and business transformation initiatives
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

• The Director, Enterprise Applications (Marketing) is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, optimization, and support of enterprise applications that enable global Marketing organizations
• This role partners closely with Marketing leadership, Marketing Operations, Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and external vendors to define and execute a technology roadmap that improves marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business outcomes
• The Director will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing platforms and business processes, ensuring scalable, integrated, and data-driven solutions that support demand generation, digital marketing, customer journeys, campaign operations, lead management, marketing analytics, and emerging AI-driven capabilities
• This leader combines deep business process expertise with strong technical acumen and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives

• Partner with Marketing executives to understand business needs and translate them into technology capabilities and roadmap investments
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing leadership on technology trends, MarTech innovation, AI opportunities, process optimization, and digital transformation
• Establish governance models for application investments, prioritization, architecture, and platform lifecycle management
• Own the portfolio of Marketing applications, including but not limited to:
• Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, etc.)
• Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

• Event and Webinar Platforms

• Establish governance for application security, data privacy, compliance, and operational controls
