Role
Who you are
- 10+ years experience as a CSM/AM within the SaaS industry
- 3+ years as a Strategic AM/Principal AM supporting strategic clients ($1MM+ ARR)
- Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Previous experience supporting global enterprise, strategic customers within the SaaS industry
- Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention
- Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
Desirable
- Experience working for a global scaleup/startup
- Previous AM/CSM experience within the IDV/IDVaaS industry
What the job involves
- Veriff is hiring a Principal Account Manager - USA for our USA Account Management Team with a focus on managing strategic, global clients within the North American region
- As a Principal Account Manager - USA you will be the primary point of contact for your customers and will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and customer success
- You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize maximum value from our solutions, and help identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet revenue targets
- We're looking for someone with a strong ability to build relationships while understanding customer needs and providing solutions
- This position will play a central role in maximizing relationships with our key enterprise, strategic accounts within the USA
- Developing trust and relationships with our customers
- Ensuring growth and product utilization within our customer base
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Serving as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
- Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
Our take
Veriff started when the founder tried to access one of the worlds largest online marketplaces underage. He realised that, with some slight photo editing, he could easily break through their verification process. The company believes that identity is a valuable asset, and delivers real safety, protection and transparency to interactions online.
Veriff combines technical advancements in facial recognition, social ID, device ID and more into a SaaS model, that is easy to use and accessible to companies of all sizes. The service includes features such as real-time identity document verification, automated "Proof of Address" processes, and automated SSN Verification.
Veriff has continued to add to its offerings with new technologies and improvements. The considerable funds raised by the company in 2022 fuelled continued research and development, as well as enabling it to hire more talent into its team. Partnerships with the likes of SonoSuite, a digital tech provider for the music industry, indicate Veriff's continued expansion of its products into new markets.
