What the job involves
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Legal Operations Coordinator to join our legal team
- In this role, you'll support and coordinate legal operations across various functions, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Support daily operations related to the drafting, management and storage of contracts and other legal documents
- Support the CDA management, specifically the contact with external stakeholders like customers and auditees
- Support legal documents review, primarily focused on, but not limited to, CDAs
- Liaise with different teamsʼ demands regarding contract specifications
- Liaise with multiple external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and contractors
- Manage the signatures of different types of legal documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the creation of new company processes
- Identify opportunities for improving internal processes and procedures

Qualifyze is an online platform that provides supplier audits for the pharma industry, aiming to decrease bottlenecks by implementing curated data and insights for stakeholders and strategic decision-makers.
Based out of Frankfurt, Qualifyze was founded as a solution to the supply shortage in the pharmaceutical industry. This problem has become 20 times more prevalent between 2000 and 2018 and has led to pharmaceutical companies having to slow down research into new drugs for the treatment of serious illnesses.
Qualifyze's solution to this has turned the heads of investors and led to significant funding so far, which has been used to grow its supplier client base whilst expanding its offices across the EU.
