What the job involves

We are seeking to hire a Senior Office Administrator to join our talented team.
Our Office Administrator will be a vital part of our organization as we continue to grow.
You will report to the CFO and will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency and supporting company leadership. This position is on-site
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office to ensure a productive and well-organized work environment
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative office policies and procedures
Assist in the compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Plan, organize, and help execute office events, such as company-wide lunches and meetings
Create purchase orders, maintain inventory and track orders
Assisting with accounts payable/receivable
Do email outreach to potential candidates to coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members
Greet visitors and organize incoming and outgoing mail
Be the conduit to help “Get Stuff Done” around the office

Application process

Our interview process is generally conducted in three (3) phases
Phone Screen with People Operations (30 minutes)
Video Interview with the Hiring Manager (30 to 45 minutes)
Panel Interview (in-person interviews scheduled with key stakeholders, each interview will be 30 to 45 minutes)

Our take

While trillions of dollars are spent on developing autonomous passenger vehicles, core industries such as agriculture haven’t been getting the same kind of attention. This is where Agtonomy steps in, supplying software that turns tractors and other equipment into autonomous machines, enabling cost-saving remote modes of operation.

Agtonomy differs itself from its competition by primarily meeting the needs of local farmers as opposed to big farms. In line with this, its autonomous vehicles will cost around $50,000, which is a far cry from the $500,000-$1 million price tag typical in the industry.

In 2023, the company expanded its customer pilot program in a step towards a full commercial launch. It has since continued to raise funding, the latest of which will support accelerated growth and market expansion in the coming years.
