What the job involves
- As our first PMM, you will pioneer the marketing motion, shape our culture, and super charge our growth
- You will be the connective tissue between marketing, customer success, sales and product
- You’ll operationalize our current product marketing motion to be more scalable and repeatable
- You’ll work closely with our Growth Marketers, VP of Sales, and COO
- This role is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring they are aligned with our growth objectives
- Successfully launch new products to both new prospects and existing customers
- Create sales collateral that resonate with buyers
- Work with contractors to create and distribute content in multiple formats, including: Blogs, Video and Social
- Create case studies with our customers and turn them into valuable social proof
- Research market trends, analyze competitors, and develop compelling messaging and positioning for our products
- Actively oversee the prioritization and execution of marketing strategies
- Knowledge of our tech is not necessary, but if you're curious, we use:
- Regularly track and report on key performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
- API Frontend: Django
- Directly engage with at least 10 customers per month to gather feedback and insights that will inform product marketing strategy and decisions
- Real-time Video Processing: Rust
- Database: Postgres
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes running on AWS EKS. All infrastructure managed through Terraform
