What the job involves
- The Account Executive will play a vital role in the Commercial team at UNiDAYS. This position is ideal for someone with outstanding organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- The Account Executive at UNiDAYS will provide vital support to the Commercial team, assisting Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver excellent partner experiences
- The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organisational skills and a passion for achieving exceptional results
- Partner Experience: Support the Account Directors and Account Managers in delivering an excellent partner experience, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely
- Operational Liaison: Work closely with the Product Operations team to ensure the prompt delivery of campaigns and projects
- Content management; Ensure offers, app content and campaigns are optimised to communicate partner priorities and enhance member experience
- Media Campaign Delivery: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver complex media campaigns, ensuring they meet partner expectations and align with UNiDAYS standards
- Communication with Partners: Maintain regular communication with partners to support operational excellence and best practices
- Reporting: Utilise templates to deliver reporting for Commercial team partners, providing insights and actionable recommendations where necessary
