Building excellent customer relationships on top of this can result in a large strain on IT departments, particularly for smaller companies.
Electric simplifies IT departments by designing a range of software tools that aim to streamline troubleshooting for all business sizes. By integrating a range of cloud-based apps and an AI chat service, Electric aims to solve all IT problems within one data stream. By removing unnecessary routine issues from the communication stream, customers of Electric can focus on troubleshooting truly unique issues.
Electric charges a monthly rate per seat and supports around 50,000 people from 900 organizations. The startup has raised over $200 million to date, hitting unicorn status in 2022, and plans to do more merger & acquisition deals. Thus far, Electric has acquired Sinu and TechVera, and is now working on product initiatives to improve its offering further and reach more customers.
