Role
Who you are
- Proven track record in sales or a closing role (B2C or B2B), with a demonstrated ability to guide prospects from discovery to close.
- Confident communicating and building rapport with senior professionals and C-suite decision-makers.
- Strong background in a closing position or high-value sales environment, with the ability to confidently navigate objections and drive conversions.
- Commercially Driven: Highly target-motivated with a strong desire to maximise your earning potential in an uncapped commission structure.
- Pipeline Management: Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume pipeline and thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic sales engine.
What the job involves
- This is a B2C sales role focused purely on closing. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required. All leads are generated via LinkedIn and booked directly into your calendar, meaning you’ll have a consistently full diary of calls every day and can focus entirely on selling. You’ll be speaking with high-level professionals and decision-makers, understanding their career goals and showing how Connectd’s platform and process can help them achieve them, and then selling our market-leading programmes to help transform their careers!
- Run multiple consultative sales calls per day
- Manage your own monthly pipeline effectively
- Close 10–15 deals per month consistently
- Build strong rapport and trust with professionals
- Maintain high conversion rates from inbound meetings
