- Fluent in Dutch, along with English working proficiency
- A people-oriented leader with experience in leading, coaching, and supporting sales teams, within the New Business segment and the Benelux market

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Manager - New Business as part of our Benelux management team to lead and expand our New Business efforts for the Core customer segment in the Benelux region
- This role will be based out of our centrally located Amsterdam office
- This is an opportunity to establish and shape our local presence by building and mentoring a team of skilled sales professionals
- You’ll have an important part in advancing growth by implementing market-specific sales strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results in one of our most important regions
- Deliver against quarterly and yearly team revenue targets
- Attract, onboard, and develop skilled people to establish a motivated New Business team in the Benelux
- Support your team members’ growth through coaching, career conversations, and consistent feedback, encouraging a culture of trust and collaboration
- Implement sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the Benelux market, aligning with the broader company vision
- Be a key contributor to creating a vibrant, collaborative, inclusive culture in our Amsterdam office
- Work with colleagues from Presales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Marketing to create a united strategy for growth
- Identify customer issues and work together to deliver tailored solutions that improve the customer journey and retention
