Who you are
- You've owned inbound metrics in a high-growth SaaS company and know how to turn data into decisions that drive revenue
- You're technically fluent—comfortable writing automation scripts, working with APIs, and building tools that make marketing and sales teams 10x more effective
- You thrive in startup environments and have a genuine curiosity about AI, staying on top of the latest growth tactics and technologies
- You're a creative problem-solver with bias for action, excellent at influencing cross-functional teams, and ideally have a background in computer science or engineering

What the job involves
- You'll be the technical force behind our inbound and outbound growth engine, working directly with marketing leadership and sales teams to drive measurable revenue impact
- Own the overall inbound pipegen number, and collaboratively set your commission target based on attainment
- Define and own improvement of conversion metrics that directly influence V7's market expansion
- Bridge the gap between marketing, BDRs, and product teams, using your technical skills to automate processes and multiply team effectiveness
- Join a fast-paced environment where your experiments and optimizations will shape how we acquire and convert our next 1,000 customers
- Own and optimize our entire inbound lead generation funnel, continuously testing and iterating to drive consistent growth and conversion improvements
- Supercharge our BDR team's output by building automation scripts, refining lead lists, and improving messaging—with a target of 20%+ efficiency gains
- Work closely with our Growth Hacker tonight design and execute data-driven growth experiments
- Build and maintain the growth tech stack—from CRM integrations to custom automation tools—that scales our marketing and sales efforts without scaling headcount
Our take
AI is currently utilised across multiple industries, requiring companies to continuously collect, organise, and label image data so that AI models can adapt to new scenarios. However, the responses they get from AI can easily fall into the simple back-and-forth of chatbots. V7 is changing this through developing AI agents that simulate how humans reason through problems, reducing errors, increasing reliability, and linking the outcome back to its original data source. All of this amounts to vision-based AI models that learn continuously and with minimal human supervision.
V7's Go platform can ingest documents, images and text and boil them down to AI-solvable steps. Alongside automating mundane tasks, the Go platform has a user interface that supports customised workflows - all with no code required. The company says that using only 100 human-annotated examples in its toolkit, it can label the rest of the training data autonomously. Although it found its first customers in medicine and health sciences, its product is being picked up by everyone from tech companies to asset managers and law firms.
With the launch of V7 Go, the company is taking a bold leap into business automation, making powerful AI easy for everyday users. Backed by big-name customers, strong accuracy results, and 2022's Series A investment round, V7 is very much ready to become a major player in the future of work.
