Who you are

If you're a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about delivering value through exceptional user experiences, we want you on our team!
3+ years of experience designing and shipping software user experiences, or a master's in design
A portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications that demonstrate your design thinking
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
A passion for problem-solving and a user-centric approach to design
Experience conducting or partnering with UX Research to amplify research and design impact
Expertise with Figma to produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
An understanding of current web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks or libraries

As a User Experience Designer, you'll transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible designs that delight users worldwide
You'll collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to craft user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that anticipate and fulfill user needs

You’ll report directly to our Director, UX Design
Understanding our users, their goals, and their needs
Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to define the user flows, experience design, and the user interface for Automation Anywhere products and features
Developing high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Gauging the usability of new and existing products and identify opportunities for improvement
