Sales Support Associate, Aberdeen

• A degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working with data and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Client facing – presentable with excellent communication skills—written and verbal
• A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and be able to work at pace

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to sales strategy, client onboarding, and marketing campaigns—while building deep knowledge of financial markets and client engagement
• Create compelling presentations and marketing materials
• Produce competitor and market analysis
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce data accuracy (client contacts, AUM, opportunities)
• Provide day-to-day support to the liquidity sales team
• Research and identify target sectors and key prospects
• Build structured outreach strategies (email & phone)
• Partner with Marketing to drive targeted campaigns
• Help identify top opportunities across industries
• Support onboarding of new clients, including AML/KYC checks
• Liaise with internal teams and Luxembourg-based transfer agency
• Follow up with clients to gather required documentation
• Assist with remediation for high-risk or complex client cases
